MAASAI MARKET (part 1)

Hi...

The past weekend i went home and on Saturday i spent the better part of my day at the Maasai market. the last time i was there i was probably in high school which is like seven years back and you know that's way back. The market has not changed a lot but i assure you it was worth the visit. I am particularly very proud of how diverse it has become with all sorta people being seen. it was previously the Jua Kali sorta environment but i got to meet artists that were there not to just sell and go home but meet their customers, hand over business cards and also get orders from their customers. the market/ industry has improved people :)

I actually will share more pictures on the same Day with more details. questions for any one interested are welcomed (just leave a comment or email me)

EASIEST ELASTIC BANGLE TUTORIAL

Hae loves...

Today i share with you one of the easiest way to make a bangle.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1. ELASTIC BANDS

2. BEADS

3. SCISSORS

Above are two different types of elastic bands that you will come across, both are effective but the black one is the most durable but costly.

STEPS

1. Measure a strand of the elastic band longer than your wrist size.

2. Hold one end of the strand with one of your hair clips (optional step). This is to hold your beads as in step 3.

3. Insert the beads until u sure they will cover your wrist.

4. Tie a knot (like two, one over the other) with the two end sides of the elastic band.

5. Cut the left over strands.

And you are done.

Was it your easiest bangle DIY?

For more DIY, follow me on instagram @Shee_Art and i will take DIY requests in accordance to how i view them in terms of their ease and cost.

I hope this tutorial was helpful.

Charmed and Chunky beaded Bangles

hey y'all, i am back with more Shee Art jewelries and this time its all chunky and colorful. i am sorry i don't know what year this is but don't you just love it, like you would wear it with whatever you want. its that statement bangle that you can use to change your boring look to fun.
so, whats your favorite color? i would really love to know, mine is lime green and sometimes i feel yellow and turquoise.

lime-green

so i had to start with my favorite color..
i personally have 2pairs of earrings in this two colors.
they just never go wrong and are an outfit changer!
take it from me men, she doesn't have to love red but a red gift will never go wrong. #word

i wouldn't say i am a fun of this two but i have heard a lot of ladies request for it. #brown #pink
now this is an eerr day all outfit bangle, i mean, its BROWN!!

The last and definitely far from the least is Grey, first of all my most recent boyfriend had Grey as his favorite color. can you differentiate grey from silver? because at first i couln't get convinced there is any difference. any way, cheers to the exes' :-D
